I had the absolute pleasure to chat one-on-one with Dom Evans – head of Production at FoxFM Melbourne, where I was audio producer for network shows. Just recently, I featured in his podcast, Prodcast, which goes behind the scenes of an audio producer, with minimal focus on the technical side of things. All his episodes are completely invaluable, so I suggest you listen to them all (including mine just recently!).

Southern Cross Austereo’s Chris Kubacki has an interesting to tell. He shares it on the latest episode of the Dom Evans-hosted Prodcast.
His journey began as an intern at 2DayFM and within six years, he’d worked at SEA FM and Heart and then Fox FM to become the National Nights image producer for Ash London Live based in Sydney.
Evans calls him incredibly talented … and a top bloke.
“When it launched, Chris was tasked with coming up with an entirely new and fresh sound for Ash London Live.”
“He runs through the challenges he faced and how he overcame them, and how he had to play his imaging to Ash London on camera for her feedback! Scary stuff for any image producer.”
