Make It Sound Intentional
Audio production for radio stations, podcasters and brands that feels clear, confident and purposeful.
G'day, I'm Chris.
As formats shift and trends come and go, one thing stays the same – the need for audio that actually means something.
For over 15 years, I’ve shaped sound across radio imaging, podcast production and audio branding – built to feel intentional.
If your audio feels off or disconnected – I can help fix that.

Great audio doesn’t happen by accident.
Most stations and podcasts already have good pieces, but without a clear thread tying everything together, the overall sound can drift or lose shape – that’s usually where I step in.
I work across radio imaging, podcast production and audio branding, building sound that’s consistent, recognisable and built to last. I’ve seen the difference between audio that’s just there – and audio that actually does a job.
Sounding good isn’t the same as sounding intentional.
Listeners don’t analyse production – they just feel it. They notice when something feels stitched together, or when it’s simply filling space between songs or segments. They also notice when it feels tight and considered – that difference might be subtle, but it matters. Good imaging fills gaps, but strategic audio builds identity.
Every sweeper, intro, sonic logo or brand moment should reinforce who you are – not just once, but over time.
Not sure what you actually need yet? That’s fine. Most people don’t at the start.

Custom Sound Design Beats Stock Music Every Time
If you’ve ever spent time in a production booth scrolling through stock music libraries, you’ll know the feeling well. Hundreds of tracks, all clean mixes, polished intros. Everything sounds technically fine, yet nothing quite hits that mark. It’s not that the music is bad… It’s that it wasn’t made for you. That’s the fundamental difference between… Continue reading Custom Sound Design Beats Stock Music Every Time

Make your audio work harder.
Sounding busy isn’t the same as sounding connected. That’s usually the difference between audio that just fills space, and audio that really works.

I mostly work with people and teams who are ready to take their sound seriously, even if they’re not sure where to start.
